This is an introduction into the basic techniques of kiln forming with glass. Students will be learning about safety, tools, how to cut and design glass in a solid state, and basic firing techniques in the kiln. There are 3 set projects for this class: Jewelry, Sun-catchers, and a 7.5” Round Plate. The class is a 4 week class that will be meeting on Wednesdays at 1pm starting on October 4th.

Supply List: Tools and basic supplies are included in this course. If additional glass is needed, it will be the responsibility of the student to provided it for themselves (information on this will be provided in the class).
