CO-mmunity Artist Grant
The CO-mmunity Artist Grant is for local artists and makers in the Texas Panhandle to help them through this difficult time caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Requirements to apply:
1. You must be a working professional artist, craftsperson, or creative. We love and support hobbyists and weekend warriors, however we want to ensure artists whose livelihood has been directly impacted by the fallout from COVID-19 have their basic needs met first. If a decline in revenue from your craft has impaired your ability to: buy food, pay rent or bills, or pay rent or bills on your studio, then this grant is for you. Any medium is acceptable: ceramics, glass, painting, music, makeup, decor, costumes, food, and so much more. (Proof of revenue directly tied to your craft may be required.)
2. You must live and do your art in the Texas Panhandle. Proof of residence will be required, if you are chosen for the grant.
How to Apply:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject CO-mmunity Artist Grant Application. Include your name, phone number, mailing address, a picture of your art, and a brief description of your needs, what you do as an artist and how your livelihood has been affected by COVID-19.
We will be giving out grants as the money is funded.
